• We will give a refund or send a replacement, without question, for any item which is undelivered or found to be defective or unable to perform the task for which it was intended. The cost of returning the faulty item to Mouseloft will be refunded. Please contact us.
• Unwanted goods may be returned within 7 working days of receipt. If we receive the goods undamaged within that time period we will refund the price paid for the item but we will not refund the cost of returning the item. Please contact us to tell us that you wish to return the goods.
• If any part of an item is missing or short (such as threads in a kit) we will send a replacement part. Please contact us.
• All prices quoted on this site include VAT at (unless stated), rounded down to the nearest penny.
• We will publish up to date stock information as far as possible, although very occasionally demand outstrips our anticipation.
• Delivery is usually within 7 to 14 days for all small orders (less than 20 items) but always within 30 days.
• Delivery overseas may take longer.
